Brought the Imperial Max massage chair from Mr Adrian on the very same day when i went down to the showroom. He patient when we were trying out the different chairs and is very responsive on WhatsApp when i asked for instructions on how to operate the massage chair to a certain targetted spot and was sent a detailed video on how to do it.

Thank you Mr Adrian once again! Very patient and professional person in letting his customers know what are we going into when purchasing massage chairs.

The salesperson provided very good service. They were friendly, patient, and explained the massage chair features clearly. I felt comfortable asking questions and was given time to try the chair without any pressure. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a massage chair from Empire Massage Chair and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment it arrived, the quality was immediately obvious — it's sturdy, beautifully designed, and fits perfectly in my living space.

The massage experience itself is incredible. It targets all the right pressure points and I've noticed a real difference in how relaxed and refreshed I feel after each session. Whether I use it after a long day at work or on the weekend to unwind, it never disappoints.

The customer service team at Empire was also fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free.
