Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provide an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your device monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - PREPAYMENT 
Prepayment refers to money paid in advance to a business before completion of the service or delivery of the goods. In which case of a pre-payment, as indicated by CASE Singapore, the consumer risk losing their prepayments should the business suddenly close down without fulfilling their obligations. Instances can include, but not limited to, insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, business failure, manufacturing production failure, procurement failure, or impossibility in fulfillment of orders. Upon purchase of product via prepayment, the consumer is deemed to have understood and accepted the risk of loss - and EMPIRE Health Tech Pte. Ltd will assume zero liability over such loss of prepayments in event of unforeseeable circumstances that arises.  

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY 
The warranty terms are set by EMPIRE Health Tech Pte. Ltd. All our massage chairs are covered with 1 year warranty starting from date of delivery. We have a dedicated customer support team that will assist you as well.

Warranty Terms

- Warranty is 1 year (1 month for display sets) starting from date of purchase and is automatically registered upon purchase. 

- Extended Warranty can be purchased and it will also follow the same terms as below.

- Scope of warranty covers diagnosis, parts, labor, transport and repair.

- For warranty claims, you must present valid proof of purchase (i.e. Order ID, name and email). Warranty is determined from the date of delivery.

- Product purchased from the following are not accepted for Warranty service:

i) Unauthorised dealers, resellers or distributors; and

ii) Second-hand items, including online or offline marketplace platforms.

- Warranty is not transferable to a new owner, and non-negotiable. 

- Our products are warranted during the warranty period against defects in quality and materials under normal, non-commercial use (i.e. considered to be a lemon unit upon arrival). For the avoidance of doubt, minor imperfections within design specifications and that do not materially alter functionality of the Product are not considered a defect under this warranty.

- In the event of manufacturing faults that deem the product unable to function, we will send a repair team down for repair.

- For defects that cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, we will replace the product. Products with valid warranty will continue to be warranted for a) the remaining of its warranty period, or b) for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of completion of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

- The warranty does not cover:

i) Damages due to transportation, fall, weather, extreme temperatures, shock, accidents, improper use, wear and tear, usage through passage of time, mishandling or negligence 

ii) Damages as a result of connection to irregular voltage sources, blown fuse etc

iii) Minor imperfections that does not affect the performance of the chairs

iv) Other warranty exclusions: 

  • Non-operating items such as, but not limited to, accessories, product material & surfaces for instance
  • Upholstery defects, stains, scratches, leather peeling, aesthetic imperfections
  • If User has tampered with the massage chair
  • User-induced issues such as using the wrong power supply, wrong power cable
  • Commercial use
  • Sounds 
  • Cracked or broken screens
  • Any other issues that are deemed by EMPIRE to be excluded from the warranty

-The warranty will be nulled/voided when:

i) After a 1-1 exchange has been made (This is to prevent customer's abuse of our one-to-one exchange policy)
ii) The purchase of product is not directly from us, but on a secondary market

- We may at its sole discretion agree to repair or replace an Out of Warranty Product, on the condition that you pay a fee for the repair or replacement. Repairs or replacements on Out of Warranty products carry a ninety (90) -day warranty from the date of completion of repair or replacement.

- We remain the right on our final decision for the diagnosis of the device and its warranty 

Please note that upon purchase of the product, you are considered to have agreed to these warranty terms. It is implied that you are aware and accepting of these warranty terms upon purchase.

EMPIRE Health Tech Pte. Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill or contracts, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation howsoever arising (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) from the use of the Product.

In event of disputes over warranty, EMPIRE Health Tech Pte. Ltd retains the rights on the final decision.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In event of product failure, our warranty will allow for repair and a 1-1 exchange if repair does not solve the issue. In event that we are unable to solve the product failure via a repair or 1-1 exchange, return & refund will be applicable - reviewed on a case to case basis.

We do not allow for product returns once delivered and unboxed. We advise all customers to visit our physical showroom for a product demonstration before making their purchase. This allows for a well-informed purchase.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.


SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 24 - DELIVERY SCHEDULE 
Our shipping takes 3-5 working days to reach you upon shipment. Once we have shipped your items out, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. If in event of any misdelivery, please contact us at support@empire.sg and our dedicated staff will help you along the way.

SECTION 25 - SMS
By consenting to EMPIRE’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.
