After I placed the order, how long does it take to deliver?
You should receive your massage chair within 3-7 working days upon order confirmation. You will receive an email notification to confirm the delivery date.
This current batch is also selling out soon! To prevent waiting for later batches (which can be much later), we recommend to you to order as soon as possible if you are decided.
Will the delivery include set-up?
Yes, it comes with basic setup within your home, which includes unboxing, positioning the chair and disposal of the carton box & materials.
Please note that we do not offer disposal of any other items/materials/massage chairs.
What is the warranty of the massage chair?
All our massage chairs come with 1 year local onsite warranty, which covers all the parts & components within. Warranty is automatically registered with your order, so no action required on your end.
Rest assured that our dedicated local support team will be here for you should you require any assistance!
Alternatively, you can opt to extend warranty at a low fee for an absolute peace of mind.
How do I maintain the massage chair?
As our massage chair is made with top-quality materials and undergo strict quality checks, maintenance of the chair is simple and straightforward. Simple care such as wiping it with a dry cloth, keeping it away from direct sunlight or any spray/cleaning agent will allow you to enjoy the massage chair for a good few years.
With proper usage and maintenance, the massage chair will last for years. Beyond the warranty period, repair will be done at your home as well, subject to a fee upon inspection and diagnosis of the issue. Therefore, please be rest assured that you'd still be able to get the necessary support should your massage chair requires any repair in the future.
